TRS offers accurate, cost effective, timely and independent fleet valuations. Whether it is for an acquisition, reorganization or for an insurance policy, TRS will dig deep to determine the real value of the fleet in question.

Accurate

TRS uses NADA and Blue Book to get up to date valuations of trucks, tractors and trailers. In addition, we inspect the unit in question and create a rough reconditioning estimate. By determining the condition of the unit, TRS gets much closer to the true value of the fleet than if only desktop appraisals are performed.

Cost Effective

TRS fees are very reasonable and we also offer a special service for bigger fleets. When there are large numbers of assets involved in the valuation TRS starts each vehicle, takes a couple of photos and records some key data on every unit to be sure the assets actually exist and are in working condition. However, TRS will only thoroughly inspect a small percentage of randomly selected units. This process provides an accurate valuation at a greatly reduced cost.

Timely

TRS has over twenty Diesel Technicians who inspect vehicles across the United States and Canada. In most cases we can get a team to your location within a week of notification. Our inspectors are thorough, professional and will efficiently get the job done. Once the inspections are done, the TRS office staff in Brookfield, Connecticut prepares a detailed summary of the fleet valuation. TRS will complete this process in a timely manner.
